SINGLE LEG TO LIMP ARM

INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO BLOG: SINGLE TO LIMP

Single Leg to Limp Arm

This video shows the importance of chain wrestling or going from one move to the next to the next, as did the previous post on the peak out. It is the same principle. When you shoot a single leg you cannot expect to finish it cleanly¬†every time. The video below shows you one way to finish the single even if your opponent sprawls and gets his weight on top of you. First thing that you have to do is get height by straightening your free hand. Then you will rotate on that hand until your knee can get behind your opponent’s leg. As soon as that happens, limp arm out to score the takedown. I will post my next blog about how to properly perform a limp arm for those of you who do not know.

I absolutely love your blog and find almost all of your post’s to be what precisely I’m looking for. Would you offer guest writers to write content for you? I wouldn’t mind producing a post or elaborating on some of the subjects you write related to here. Again, awesome web log!

Nice! Did you have a stencil, or just freehand the white part? And, what patience that must have taken to paint ALL the blue parts the right angle to indicate rodeunnss.

Once again Scott, you have flunked American Law 101. If Rommey has any proof that proves his innocence, then he needs to show it. That is a two way system in the USA court system. If not then he is a liar and a coward. And once again, guys like you have no moral courage to stand up to police officrs unlike the people in Egypt, Syria, Libya, Tunisia, Greece, France, Spain, etc.

I want to thank you for great guides, not sure if this will help, but I have already arranged all armor (except wvw – too expensive IMO) and accessories into spreadsheets, so maybe you can use it, I also made my own calculator using your formulas although I’m still confused with healing power. Don’t really know my way around google docs so hopefully I set this to downloadable file

The thing I don’t like about the DIY newspaper print mani is that the words are backwards. Not that I’m going to pay $16 for the kit – but I wonder if the print will transfer to the nails so they’re readable?
